We carry out entrance exams and interviews throughout the year and depending on the needs of each of our practices.
After a preliminary screening of CVs, we look for those candidates who will best adapt to the needs of the post to be covered and ask them to come to an initial interview with our Recruitment Team. Those who pass this stage will take an exam to test their legal knowledge as well as an English test. The final step will be a personal interview with the partner of the practice for which the selection process is being carried out.
